i have been using paypal and made many transactions since i got it, now all of a sudden when i try to log in through the website on my PC it makes me type in ssn, birthday, and other details. i'm 16 and it's telling me i have to be 18 to "sign up". well i already signed up so wtf you want me to do about it?   do they care if you enter fake info and why is it asking me this out of nowhere...   also it works fine on my phone for now ... Today an Adidas shoe released online. For some reason, almsot no one could checkout using PayPal. When I logged into my PayPal and pressed "complete purchase" nothing happened and I was just taken back to the checkout info screen again. I didn't know at the time, but my PayPal was charged. Adidas did not and will not complete my order. I tried buying the shoe 2 more times before checking my balance. I'm out $700 from incomplete payments. How long will it take for this money to be refunded? I need this money to buy gifts for my family.... ... View more
