I have tried a number of times to verify my account and it will not let me. I have email customer service 3 times and I get the generic response and when I reply to the email still nothing. Ever time I come to upload a file I get informed that I do not have enough space for that file please help

Did you try shrinking the file size? Look online on how to do it it's pretty easy
