I cannot log in at ALL to my first paypal account, I am getting this error ''Sorry your last action could not be completed''.
I have read other treads but couldnt find a real solution. I tried everything, cleared cache, deleted cookies and changed browsers. Also changed IP, tried to log throught my phone. But nothing.
This error caused me to start a new paypal account (using same bank account). I also want to close the first account but like i said im not even able to log in. Any fix on this?
