1.5E - on linking the card

Hello everyone

Few days ago I attempted to link my credit card to PayPal account, it was successful and it took 1.5E from my card. Then I had to type in 4 digit code, which I couldn't get, as I amn't in my home country and have no touch with the bank.

My question is: Is paypal ever going to refund this 1.5E back? If yes, when? If no, how can I get them refund it?

We ask you to link and confirm your credit card so that we can verify that you are the owner of the card. If you are unable to complete this process, you may want to reach out to us directly so that we can manually refund this €1.50 EUR back to your card. You can reach out to us through the 'contact' link listed at the bottom of any PayPal page.
