How do I search or find items by their item name?

I am having a hard time finding out how to search transactions using the item name? this is the only way I can differentiate transactions. And is there a way to make the name of the transactions show in the preview when I login to paypal, like edit the columns of the transactions preview on paypal home page?

Welcome to the Community!

While you can't actively edit which columns display on the website, one way that you could search by item name is possibly downloading a spreadsheet of your Activity and searching through that information, though it would only work for eBay items (external checkouts don't port the full order details into PayPal).  You may not have a detailed spreadsheet, though, if you only have a Personal account, since this feature is primarily used by Business account holders.
