Paypal is saying my prepaid card is empty? Answer quickly please!

I put 21 dollars on a prepaid mastercard and spent 10 of it online. Now it's saying it's empty? The email I recieved said the card issuer did not authorize my next payment. What's going on?

Your PayPal balance won't reflect the balance on any of your cards or bank accounts.  For your safety and security, your card issuer doesn't share with us how much of a balance you have, only if they approved the purchase or not.  We would recommend reaching out to your card issuer for the details of your balance and why any payment requests were declined.
