Hello,
I had charges made on my account that were not done by me. That part was "fixed" somewhat, but because of those charges I now have a bunch of bank charges I need to pay back, and a negative paypal balance.
I've spoken to both PayPal and my bank, they both say that the other is responsible to fix it.
I'm negative 1500 in my bank and negative 1770 in paypal because paypal kept trying to take more money out when there was none. I didn't make these purchases and yet they won't help me.
Is there anything I can do? I am a single mom and cannot afford to pay this, any advice will be appreciated.

Hello @StressedMember,
I'm sorry to hear that you had charges take place on your account that you didn't make yourself. That is certainly alarming. Have you filed unauthorized transaction claims? If so, what was the outcome? If PayPal finds evidence of unauthorized account access to your PayPal account that resulted in these purchases, PayPal would provide payment protection to compensate you for the lost funds. PayPal can also provide a letter to your bank to have the bank waive any overdraft fees associated with the payments as well.
I hope this matter is resolved soon.
