Hello, I had charges made on my account that were not done by me. That part was "fixed" somewhat, but because of those charges I now have a bunch of bank charges I need to pay back, and a negative paypal balance. I've spoken to both PayPal and my bank, they both say that the other is responsible to fix it. I'm negative 1500 in my bank and negative 1770 in paypal because paypal kept trying to take more money out when there was none. I didn't make these purchases and yet they won't help me. Is there anything I can do? I am a single mom and cannot afford to pay this, any advice will be appreciated.
