You need to contact the merchant immeidately. It may already be too late.
Neither PayPal nor this forum can cancel orders for you. All you can do is ASK the vendor to cancel; the merchant is not obligated to act on your request.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
