Internal Server Error

I have this problem for morethan a week now. I cannot withdraw my money. No one in PayPal wants to help me. They just keep repeating to clear my browsers and they do not fix the problem. paypal/wdfunds also gives me an error. What can I do?

We are having the internal server errors too during out checkout. PayPal refuses to acknowledge and fix the issues.
