How did you pay, goods/services or friends/family?

How can you absolutely PROVE the coins are fake?  What do you mean by fake?  Are the not real coins?

IF YOU have made payments under goods and services, file item not as described.

if it is Ebay transaction, file with Ebay in 30 days, seller would have to pick up return shipping by sending you a shipping label/

im sorry for such a delay in response, I have been super busy all week. No I already complained with ebay a long time ago. the sellers offered me a partial refund and i refused because i want a full refund, i paid thinking i was getting silver and it was not.  When I refused, in my dispute section(i forget what its called) it said for about a month waithing for response from seller.. then ebay closed it after a month went by and i contacted them asking why and they said because it expired... and then they told me that under PAYPALS money protection guaruntee(again i forget what thats called) if it was within 180 days Paypal would get me my refund... and EBAY then told me to contact Paypal becauseit was within the 180 days. but since it expired on EBAYS end there is no trace of it for me to see under my username anymore.

I tried to file with paypal. There is an error. That is why I started this thread. And as I stated already, ebay removed all traces of it from my account login . If someone from paypal could contact ebay and straighten this out for me that would be fantastic otherwise your 180 day money secure thing is a complete lie because ebay deletes everything after 30 days l. Totally unfair for me. I have a 100 percent rating on ebay. I don't **bleep** people over. But I do get **bleep** over

What was the specific error you got when you tried to file a PayPal dispute?

If you have an issue with eBay you need to address that directly.

eBay and PayPal are separate companies; PayPal is not going to try to resolve your issue with eBay.

eBay and PayPal policies are separate.

If you have an issue with a PayPal transaction you need to file that dispute directly with PayPal according PayPal policies.
