account limited but no way to resolve it

I was trying ot apply fo the Paypal debit card after switching to a business account. Then I found out that my account was limited. When going ot the resolution center there are no active things listed and no way to resolve this...anyone have any suggestions?

What information did you get from PayPal about the limitation?

 

If you have no idea, then a phone call to PayPal support is suggested.
