Hello,

Can someone please contact me about my account.

1. There was a page showing requirements such as uploading verifications , meeting criteria etc. This page has now been removed.

2. The ability to add a bank account has also been removed.

I have called before but I could not understand the person I was speaking to. I will call back later and ask to speak to an English speaking manager.

I have sent about 5 messages to Paypal also and not a single one has been responded to.

paypal does not allow users to update their tax information , they tell me I cannot update by email , it cannot be done online because it just shows errors , when calling Paypal no-one answers and when someone does they say I must do it online.

I have contacted the IRS with all of the information about this to open an investigation. paypal should be able to accept tax information but instead they just show errors. Is this illegal ?

Paypal compared to Stripe really really do not help , Stripe accept tax information and respond to emails, Paypal however :

* Site errors everywhere

* Refuse to update information by email

* Ask me to call then make me wait hours , when i finally get someone on the phone they say i must login and do it.

* What is wrong with Paypal ?
