Why is this website so difficult to navigate

The only thing easy to do is pay for items you buy. Everything else is difficult
Message center and resolution center are very hard to find. They don't appear in the main menu. There is no way to bookmark either page.
My account summary page is not customizable for my needs.
Contacting paypal is not easy until you got though a bunch of other modules to find the contact info.

Users will be able to explain an answer to your "why".
Youl will need to phone PayPal support to try to get an answer from their marketing team about why they developed the current user interface.

@jyotinaik Are you a new user? I respect your frustration ... for this site and other online banking sites it is similar but I try to keep in mind PP and Banks are financial institutions and JOB #1 is security. So the communication portions have what I believe are simpler and more secure software programs that limit 3rd party access. Also, take eBay sales fof instance, right now about 1/2 of all purchases are made on a mobile device. That means companies who offer online services now have to have their sites convenient for both computer - laptop subscribers as well as mobile subscribers ... that can be a chanllenge at times and "upgrades" are an ongoing process.
As for the Account Summary page not meeting your needs, what exactly are you looking for when you go to that page?

On the app, it's easy. Click the gear icon when you log on, top right of screen to get to your profile settings Scroll down to & click Help >. Scroll down to Contact PayPal >. Then choose Call us or Email Us. To confirm email addresses, you would need to check your email for the link to click, once you add an email address, which will open a browser window on your phone to log into PayPal so the system can confirm it. You can add an email address on the app easily from the Profile > Personal Info > Emails, click + on top right corner.
