Why is PayPal so annoying

i just recently setup paypal account , am new to paypal and never buy anythings on website at all ,  last week i sent a vintage postage stamps to a stamps dealer in australia and i ask him if he interested in buying it ?  he like my postage stamps and decide to buy it and he sent money via paypal on my e-may name , that if i have paypal account , so yesterday idecide to register paypal account , once i register account and accept the money , the money is shown it is on hold !  so i read all the detail that i can see on trackshipment , it states that your money can be clear sooner if i have put in tracking number from parcel that i sent , so i put in the tracking number , it shown that the stamps dealer has recived item i sent already , and yet it been 24 hours and my money in paypal is still on hold !  ,  so i ring paypal call centre and tell them but all they cam come up with rubbish excause is that :   they say i am new to pay pal , they say i have to call the person who recieved the good to log in to paypal account and click to section that he recieved the good ,  so i did what they tell me to , and the paypal call centre say i may have to waite untio 10 october or latest 20 october untill the fund can be clear !  what a load of bull **bleep** rubbish !

my point is i not register to buy or sell item to website when i sent the stamps dealer my item , they recieved item few days ago and yet the money is not clear and may takes up to 3 week because am new to paypal !  ( that is load of rubbish excuse i ever heard ) keep in mind that my good is recieved fewdays already , and paypal still hold my money !  and why do paypal have small section on tracking states that if you enter the postage tracking number and everythings went smoothly as they can see then the money will be clear sooner !  which is every things is all done few days back !  that is misleading comment !  nothing clear which i assume that the money will be on hold for 3 weeks , even 3 day it is very long time to me !

conclusion  for me as a new custome i think paypal has a rubbish system which delay your money and use rubbish excause to tell you that your money will not be clear untill long time !  i am so fedup with paypal **bleep** that i will not use paypal if i not need to ,  instead i should use direct bank transfer or western union to recieved my money instead of paypal !    i guess paypal use your hold money on stock exchange share market  and charge you so many fees that how they earn their living !

i type in google search to see people who use paypal and has negative feed back and ther is half a million in result !  that proof somethings that paypal need to get their act together to improve their service or many new company that surface like paypal will takes their customer away !

You should review PayPal policies before your start using it.  You agreed to PayPal terms of use when you signed up.  This means you agreed to the 21-day hold for new sellers.  Assuming there are no isses or disputes by the buyer, your funds would be released after 21 days.  There are many other reasons future funds can be held.  Click on Legal at the bottom of the page and then the User Agreement; scroll down to the holds policies for details.

reply :  most of reply that i mostly seen in paypal complaint is : : You should review PayPal policies before your start using it.  You agreed to PayPal terms of use ! !  ,

to be hounest  people don't really agreed to all of paypal policy BUT if you don't tick on accept the agreement THEN you can't use paypal !  in term paypal force an agreement on customer !   and when people complaint to paypal service !  the common answer form paypal is ""You should review PayPal policies before your start using it.  You agreed to PayPal terms of use "'   that is the most reply i see in paypal answer INSTEAD of trying to solve the problem sensibly but yet paypal choose it ignore it !

That is the issue with anything that has a long drawn out policy that takes forever to read most people just ignore and click agree.   If it is in their policies and you choose to not read them, that is your fault for clicking you "agree" to them.   Paypal has had this 21 day funds being held for new sellers for several years now.. Its not something new.  Their are so many people scamming people these days and using places like Paypal to do it.. They have to protect buyers from this and putting a hold on sellers funds that are not established is the right thing to do.   Sorry guess you should have read their policies?

are you kidding me ?

1 am not an online seller at all , i simply seen on a website wanting to buy a postage rare stamps !  so i post it for them

2 they agreed to buy it but ask to paid via paypal

3 the proof of track and tracing item shown on the web that the buyer recieved good many days ago

3 every things goes well 100% but yet paypal choose to keep the money for 21days

4 why have misleading on tracking section states that : if you put in tracking number and it all goes well ( which they recieved the goods many days already ) and that we can seen it ( which meaning that tracking on website shown that other party recieved the good ) then your money may release earlier !

"this is a misleading imformation from paypal"

5 don't try to use the term  " User Agreement; scroll down to the holds policies for details "  that like reading a whole encyclopedia books !

6 in simple english as you can seen all went well and no dispute !   " release the f.... money "

7 as a new paypal customer the experienced i have with paypal , i don't recommend paypal to anyone or any of my friends , i would recomend direct bank transfer which takes fewdays ( not 3 weeks like paypal ) or i recomend western union instant money transfer ( not 3 weeks waite like paypal )

8 i whish you all MerryNewyear
