Donation receipt

The receipt that donors receive shows an email of a former employee. I can't find where this receipt can be edited.

We are the recipient of the gift.  The donor receives a receipt with an email on it.  We would like to change the email that is listed.

Has this issue been resovled.  I am having the same problem.  The donation reciept that the donor recieves has an old email address on it and I can't for the life of me figure out where to change it.
