Does PayPal actually have a 'Customer Service' group ?? I can't reach them via Phone, they Don't call back like they promised.
I have NEVER had a problem with PayPal in the 17 years I have used them,,,,,,,,BUT trying get someone, ANYONE to assist now for the first time,,,,,,,is RIDICULOUS !! Very frustrating !!
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or press 0.

Been there done that the last three hours. After listening to many recordings offering no help for my problem......I finally got the recording that they will call back in "18-27" minutes............90 minutes later.....NO call back.
Paypal customer service is basically non existant now. You used to be able to speak with someone to resolve issues, but now they have wait times to speak with someone around 1 hour! You leave them your contact number to call you back and they don't call you either. I am a long time Paypal business user but now I'm going to give up on them.
I'm sure they won't miss the thousands of dollars a year they take from me. Paypal has now become the poster child for "worst customer service" business right next to the DMV and AT&T. Congratulations!
You're right; they probably won't miss your businessa s there are so, so man more PayPal customers who are happy with the service and generating their desired revenue.
