Unwanted upgrade to business.

My wife got a new ipad. When she downloaded the paypal app and when she tries to log in it says she is upgraded to a business account for free and input information like business name, etc.
How does she just do the regular private paypal account? She is not interested in a business account.

Which app did she download, was if for taking payments?

"Paypal here" she says there was no other option. It works normal if she goes through internet to paypal's website.

PayPal Here is a business app would require a business account.  I believe the correct option would have been PayPal Mobile; I think that essentially equivalent to the desktop app.  When you search the play store for PayPal there are both options.

It may be necessary to phone PayPal to fix, after uninstalling the PayPal Here app.

Read what it says, if you continue, you are agreeing to PayPal Here terms!  You are using the wrong app!  Click cancel and uninstall. You want the PayPal app, NOT the PayPal Here app!
