Advice on upgrading to business and funds availibility

Hi,

I've had a personal PayPal account for years and I'm in the process of starting a drop shipping business using eBay. I'm looking to potentially upgrade my account to business use for this purpose if this is the favorable way to go?!  My main worry is about funds holding, which I've seen others asking about but I can't find an answer to my situation.  If I'm upgrading an existing personal account will the 21 day or equivalent still apply, or can I withdraw/use funds immediately?

Obviously this is something I need to know for this business model so I can make sure I have available funds ongoing to pay suppliers as soon as my customers order!

Someone must know the answer to this? I've also emailed support but no reply as of yet, I'm sure this is quite simple!

Upgrading your account will not change the circumstances for Funds Availability. Additionally, please consider that drop shipping is a riskier business model than selling items that are in your possession, so having unspent funds on hand to field possible disputes will be crucial to keeping things running.
