my account is all of a sudden after a purchase I made on ebay limited. They needed some info and I sent them a bank statement that has my address. It doesn't seem to work in verifying my account. While trying to fix I don't know how I ended up creating or upgrading to a business account which I don't really want. But I can't close it and keep my personal. It wont let me.
Now I wanted to add my debit card as another way of verification. And I get this message.
"We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."
what does that mean? has anyone else had this problem before?
