Hi there, Looking to use PayPal as a processing solution for a skill game platform I am building, but getting conflicting answers on whether PayPal will allow processing for such an activity. Platform is pure skill! No chance or luck involved. Users will deposit and play to win rewards (cash or others). Last comments on this in the forum are from way back. Can anyone give a more current and clear answer? Thanks a lot!
