I just got an email notice that VE Healthcaresolutions made a fraudulent charge to my credit card through PayPal for 1,200 60 mg. of Cialis in the amount of $560.00. This is totally fraudulent charge.
There is no live person or security to notify about this fraudulent charge.
PayPal Transaction ID: 3T94324039801161N

I certainly did not make any purchase. So, who do I warn of the fraudulent charge? How does it get stopped? How did this fraudulent company get my PayPal and personal information? Certainly, I did not provide this information!!!!! PayPal has a security breach, and there is absolutely nobody to tell about it with PayPal, and nothing I can do about it. What kins of crap is this? How and why did you give them my PalPal account number and my credit card number?

Seems like VE Healthcare solutions is the one with the security breach; that's who you contact.
Who send the email?
Did you verify the email address not to be spoofed?
What are the details of the transaction in your PayPal activity or summary list?
