Back in late 2014 I had a dispute with an EBAY user, which I contacted someone by telephone. I sent both PayPal and the seller a copy of the reciept from the Postal Service proving the transaction was sent. My question. Am I cleared to resume use for purchases on EBAY? I would hate to buy something and find they could not be paid. I checked my account status and it shows no open cases. Am I to asume this matter has been solved?

in 2014,were you the buyer or the seller?
You said the transaction was sent, that means you are the seller but then you said the other party is the seller?
make up your mind
