I need help I opened a dispute because I received stolen merchandise and PayPal granted my dispute, I received an email from PayPal stating that the money would be refunded back didn't give a time frame, when I called in like 6 times trying to get help I was told by several representatives that the money will be refunded to the card I used to make the purchase, but I've also had several representative tell me that the refund is being issued as PayPal credit. No where on my summary or activity does it even show a refund processing so I'm at a loss how long do it have to wait.
It seems as though PayPal is going to credit/refund you out of their pocket if not from the seller's account. No telling on the ETA though as this is user to user forum and no one here has access to accounts.
