Did you sell something?  Did you receive an eCheck?  Did you receive notice that PayPal is reviewing the payment?

The transaction happened three days ago he received it and everything went well, but PayPal is holding my money , just seeing when I can be able to use the money that's pending !!!

If payment is held for longer than specified contact PayPal customer support to release the payment.
