Paypal 2-3 Business days notification

I have been receiving and sending payments since November 2016. I can also withdraw funds to my Bank Account. Lately,  paypal ask for some personal and business documents for confirming my identity and my business. I promptly send them the documents they required. The notifications said they will update in 2-3 business days. Its been 2 weeks and no response from paypal. 

My account is now restricted in sending and receiving payments.  I would like to wthdraw my remaining $184 dollars and close my paypal account.

Specifically, what documents did you send?  Do the details of all documents provide consistent data?

PayPal will invesitgate and has apparently found some problems.

All you can do is provide whatever PayPal requests.

A phone call is best.

I submitted my government issued ID and business registration documents.

In case they reject the documents, how can i get my Paypal balance?  I already provided the service to my customers.

If they reject your documents and decide to no longer do business with you, they will hold the funds up to 180 days to cover any disputes or chargebacks and then email you when you can withdraw funds.
