I sold and item on ebay, recieved a payment notifiation email from PayPal. The payment appears on my paypal transaction history, with no indication that it is being held for any reason, but it has never appeared in my PayPal balance or in my bank account. I can only assume it is being held for 21 days? Does it usually notify you if there is a hold? Does it indicate in some way?
