No way to contact customer support at Teechip,com

Is anyone else having trouble with the company Teechip?  I ordered a shirt from there and they sent the wrong size.  I have tried every support email address they list and my messages keep getting returned as not able to deliver or our support address has changed.  They give me a new address to send my complaint to and that doesn't work either.

When will I learn to Google  companies before ordering?  Teechip leaves you with your hands tied, no way to resolve the problem- no valid phone #, chat line that doesn't appear, no invoice in package, so no order #.
