Until recently I always was able to print a receipt on my USPS multiorder shipping. For some reason a few weeks ago (right before Christmas) the receipt portion disappeared. It still only prints one label on a 8.5 x 11 sheet, but the bottom portion is blank. I need the receipt for accounting purposes -- I ship for several departments and need to tally which expenses go where. How can I get the receipt portion back? I am using the new shipping method if that is important. Thanks!
