No Refund from Paypal

Good day,

Last week, I verified my paypal account twice (wasn't sure of the first) so I was charged twice by paypal, and it has been over a week now and I still haven't received the refund on my account(paypal wallet), or on my bank account. 

My balance was : 2,800+ , after the two verification it became 2,600+ will I ever receive these promised refunds?

I'm sorry to hear that the funds from a card verification have not been returned. The funds are credited back when the confirmation is completed, and it can take anywhere from a day to a full billing cycle for the credit card issuing bank to rectify the balance.
