Hi folks, i signed up today for my first pay pal business Acct for the primary reason of 1. Handy linked invoice system and the system simplicity . What I have issues with is the fact I have a first time deposit in my inactive PayPal Acct.
My prepaid visa debit card will not link with my paypal. None of the cards are pay pal cards and one of the 3 is a chase liquid card. All work normally. I get a message something like my debit card cannot be linked as of this time. Same goes if I try to process routing numbers and Acct info. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Joseph
