Long Delays in Downloading History

We have been using the Download History facility everyday for our daily tranaction report. In the past week it has started taking far too long to process.  Previously it took under 5 minutes, now it is taking several hours and sometimes much longer.  Sometimes it times out over 24 hours and cancels the request.  This is becoming very frustrating as we update our accounting records daily.

Does anyone have any experience and or advice?

Same problem for me. I contacted CS on Monday and they have a problem apparently.

 

Its not worked for me since Thursday (3rd March) and my requests keep getting cancelled. I've not managed to get anything downloaded and have one pending from last night still.

 

Guess its still not fixed Smiley Mad

Yes it is since then we have had the problem as well.  I had 3 reports runnign from yesterday, one has worked, one failed and the third one is still running...  What on earth is going on?

Did CS give you any indication of when this will be sorted?

We have around 100 transactions daily, so it is not a large file.  I think I am going to have to resort to doing writing down the tranactions manually for the time being, which is a huge waste of my time .Smiley Mad

Well this still appears not to be fixed!!!

 

Getting bored of trying it now. Maybe its time to break out the pen as you say...!

I called CS last week.  They told me it was a known issue and it shouild be sorted out by the end of the week.  Still the same Smiley Frustrated

I going through all of my account history and archiving it to see if this solves the problem, but that it itself is a tedius task as there around 30000 transactions on there.  I will let you know if this helps.

I filed a complaint a week ago and got a nice phone call, but the issue isn´t solved so far.

 

It´s not the first time that such delays occur and I cannot understand why this hasn´t been solved since a long time.

 

For me and I think for large number of medium volume sellers, it´s the only way to get the transaction data in a time saving

way and I´m not interested in copy paste work while opening single tranaction files.

 

Anyone here of the CS to give any perspective when the issue will be solved???

We are experiencing the same delays, what used to take a few seconds now takes several hours. I called CS on the 17th and was told there were no known issues, but that a ticket would be opened. I have not heard anything back and I received no message about a ticket that I could reference. Frustrating.

25 days in and this is STILL not working!

 

Every request I've asked for has failed 24-30 hours later.

 

Very poor performance from Paypal. How can it be taking so long to get this fixed? I was told by CS that this was being worked on urgently almost 4 weeks ago now. I was told that my account would have a marker placed on it and that I would be getting priority. Clearly this is not the case.

 

This will start to get critical for me if its not been sorted by the end of the month.Smiley Mad

I am still having the problem.  Some of the downloads work, but some do not...  If they do work they are taking almost a whole day to process.  I have even cleared up the sales history by archiving payments before August 2015, but it seems to have made no difference.

 

Come on PayPal, this really is not on!!!!  Is there no one from CS that can help?
