Stone the Crows!   Turned up to 3 failed download requests this morning in my in-box, so put in another to replace and it turned up within 5 minutes.   They've only gone and fixed it although it took 8 weeks!!!!   My file was all of 400kb and 800 lines of data. Best go submit the late tax return hey?   Glad that its fixed, but truly shocking service from Paypal. Pretty disgusted with how this has been handled with no explanation, apology, eta of fix or even to admit that there was a problem for so long, and simply how long its taken to fix what is a critical problem for many small businesses. I've had to keep batting off the taxman to avoid late fines and estimated my tax liability for the last quarter.   Gone are the days one could rely on Paypal..... I've already been moving my business away from eBay as of late due to the pretty poor service from them (defects/managed returns/buyer orientated stance etc) and onto Amazon. Quite! 🙂   Yep, got a ticket open, but they keep sending me messages to my now non-existent 'message centre'!    I've got a ticket open for that too, but  it goes like this:   Me: 'I can't open my message centre' CS: 'Click on the notification icon to open your message centre' Me: 'I have, it says No new notifications' CS: 'Oh, thats strange. Ok, we'll email you' Me: Get an email telling me how to open the message centre. I reply and say that its not working. Then I get another message saying check your message centre, you've got a new message.   So its the 40 minute wait on the phone to talk to somone.....   Thank God for Amazon eh? ... View more

That doesn't work for me - it'll take almost a month to download the three months of data I need - you can only do 3 requests at once and its taking 7 hours per request for 1 days worth of data!   I'll need the next 3 months worth in 22 days too......   They need to get this fixed. ... View more

Has Paypal bothered do update anyone yet?   Still the logs fail. Its taking about 30 hours before the 'Log unavailable for download' messages come through to me now.   I rang the taxman at the start of March and explained the situation. They were quite understanding at the time. I'm not sure how long that will last though... ... View more

Over a    MONTH  has passed now and I've just been greeted by yet another 'Log unavailable for download' email from Paypal.   Its an untenable situation and still no comment, explanation or fix eta from Paypal.   Shocking....... ... View more
