Download History transaction errors

I downloaded my transaction history for quickbooks. I made a payment that used my credit card for my account. So the money from the credit card showed up in the "other income" account, then the amount paid out showed up as an other "expense". I understand all that because they offset each other. My problem is that on 2 other separate dates, the amount showed up again in "other expense". I looked at the history of the transaction and as far as I could tell, nothing happened on those dates to trigger another payout. Why would that amount show up again in my transaction report?
