Downloading history report - missing information

in activity export , the export file (CSV) dont have all the necessary information i need 

for example - no costumers address ( street , city , zip , country )

i do know in other paypal from other countries , i am able to customize the info i want to be exported

but in paypal canada its very basic.

tried to contact paypal canada , but they do not understand me.
