Issue with a confirmation

PayPal is asking me to confirm my card, my identity, to change my password, secret questions, now i still have one incomplete, but only it says that i need to upload a file, it says that check my email, i did but i only see that i need to fix my account , it said nothing about a file.. Could be my id card? Or address? Or wtf its going on? Thank you in advance.

Did you receive an email or was this a message within your account?

If email, was it really from PayPal?

Yes from paypal my account is on hold i can't do anything until i confirm its me, I already update a lot of info but except for this, the description only says *check your email for details, but in my inbox dosent explain anything about a file to upload.

What documents did you already upload?

Are the name and address on each one the same as your PayPal account?

Does you phone number address match your PayPal address?

Do you have a bank account linked?

No one here can see your account details or see what PayPal requested.

You could phone PayPl support for immediate help.
