If I want to show different goods on different user, what API should I choose?

Hi folks,

 

I want to integrate PayPal API into my website (just mobile, no app) so that when the user visits, he can get some virtual goods by paying to me. And the virtual goods is based on some survey the user takes. What kind of API should I choose?
