really sad but my case is kind of perculiar, my friend and I who use same bank get to use their local debit and dollar card issued by the banks,my friend gets to use his, i cant still. After a lot disspointments although a few times it worked,i went to apply for a dollar debit card and it took over 50 trials on different days to have it approved. Now that its approved i cant pay for anything via paypal, paypal says i check to resolve issue, i check and no resolve issue to be addressed, i send emails, i dont get reply , a lot of Nigerians want to use paypal for legit reasons,a lot. Paypal should make it easy for us and watch their market share boom.
Nigerians do a lot of payments even with this retrictions.
