I tried to buy a papa johns gift card through the paypal gifts thing. Normall yits easy and click click done, this time it asked me that it needs to make sure its me, and to verify via phone number. However when i changed it to a number that can recieve texts from other numbers, it still says it isn't registered to my name, even though its verified on my paypal account. How can I fix this? and if it still wont work, why would they implement this system thats so flawed?
