I have had a personal paypal account for years, but now I would like to open a business account. The website won't let me enter a new email address, just keeps asking me to log into my regular account. Any ideas how to proceed? Any help is much appreciated! 🙂
Make sure you are logged out of your account, then click on "signup" next to the login button on upper right. You should then have the option of business or personal and you would select business, with a new email address.
Hi - thanks for your help. However, I've tried that a couple of times. I go through the steps like I'm brand new, click on Business account, give my business email, and then it takes me to the login screen with my personal email and won't let me go anywhere until I've logged in with that account. Maybe I need to try a different browser. 🙂 Any other thoughts? Thanks!
