How can I cancel an order that is pending? When ordering from AutoZone I accidentally hit the order button more than once because I kept getting an error notice. As a result I will be billed for three thermostats instead of one. So far, the orders are pending but there doesn't seem to be an option to cancel.
You need to contact the merchant. PayPal can't can't an order you placed online with a merchant. If not available online, you need to urgently phone the merchant. There is likely only a very short time to do it as the order would be filled automatically. You may have already waited too long.
