Accidentally sent money to the wrong person via friends and family

I was sending money to a few of my trusted friends. Apparently one of my friends wasent so kind though because I had previously paid him for a small transaction and then I as I was paying someone else for a larger (160$) transaction I accidently coppyed his email in instead of my other friends. Unknowingly I sent the money and have been unable to contact him. He has blocked me and because we do not live close I cannot get ahold of him. Is there anything I can do to get these funds back?

If you funded your paypal payment via a card then you could try a chargeback but your card company may not oblige as it was not a transaction for goods.
