1 month pending balance

I am a freelancer, not an ebay shop, and i got paid on paypal, for a web design project, i gave the client my paypal.me address 
and they sent the funds, that was supposed to be instant, but they put me on pending to 2 April, i can't wait 1 month, it was supposed to be instant, i have plenty of payment before that time please help

Since this was payment for a service it should have been sent as goods/services and you pay a fee.  Since it's for goods/services PayPal expects you to ship something.  

This is a risky transaction and PayPal may be holding the funds in case the buyer files a dipspute for non-receipt--and wins.

Thank you for the answer, but can the buyer confirm so i can get the money faster, i have no idea if the buyer chose goods and services or not, but i know he wants to pay without problems, i chose paypal because it was supposed to be faster than upwork, and i ended up with 2 times longer than upwork 😞

Mark the transaction as processed/services rendered on the details page with Add Tracking link.  Funds would be released 7 days (domestic payment), 14 (intl payment), or up to 21 days.

Please help! where can i find that toggle or tab or anything to have the payment done by my friend's client processed. I'm a free lance business owner and the payment was supposed to be instant. I really can't wait for it to be wired to my bank account because my friend just borrowed my paypal so she can have the payment for teaching processed. How is this that it's pending....???? i can't wait to have $100 dollars in my account because i don't process payments here anymore.....gaah this is so frustrating!

Why is the payment Pending?  PayPal put 21 day seller hold on it?  Was the payment an eCheck?
