Hi!!! good day!! my friend doesn't have a paypal so she asked me if she could use mine to receive a payment for her tutorial services. My account is still new and we have done any transaction yet. When i checked to see the payment and my friend was trying to extract it from my bank account, it stated there that there wasn't any amount yet. I received an email stating that i would have to have consistent payments without refund and stuff that i need to do....this is fairly bothersome because i do not have time to wait for 21 days just to get my friend's money to give to her...please advise. thank you.
