upgrade from personal to business

I trade sneakers and other high end clothing, a specific marekt place site requires a "business PP account" in order to sell on their platform..

questions are:

1. what are the benefits?

2. what are the negatives?

3. once i upgrade, can i down grade back?

4. does it open up a can of worms for a sole trader?

One hurdle for business is that you will need some sort of business registration documentation and you will need to provide a business tax ID or SS number.

Benefit:  you can sell as a business and your business name will be displayed.

It will not open a can of worms.

I think you can go back, but not sure.  I think a read on an earlier post that you would to cantact customer service to downgrade.
