"contact the seller" button on PP site

 Hi

I bought something from reverb.com and wanted to ask the seller a simple question....when it shipped...as I had't received tracking and was leaving town. I clicked "ask the seller a question" and it automatically opened up a dispute to which many emails were sent to both the seller and myself all talking about the dispute claim I filed.

 

There was NO dispute or wording of starting a dispute before I clicked ask the seller a question... so why bother both of us whith that incorrect wording?

 

Seems like an easy fix for a huge corporation?
