I sold a pair of boots eu 26 uk 8.5 which i sent and the buyer thought they were an adults size, even though the inside sole measurements were on the description and the boots were in the mens and boys category,the buyer did not read the description but now the payment has been refunded to the buyer by ebay and they will shortly take the money from my account.I sent what was ordered and now have to refund,what can i do?

Get the boots back and refund.  Customers on the internet are the dumbest of anyone, they do not know how to read.  And even if they do will lie the entire way to get their money back.

I have a similar problem. Buyer did not look at pictures of item or something wrong with him, I don't know, purchased my shoes which I listed for men (but actually for women-this was my fault cause didn't see them as women's), then blame me sent wrong item, requested refund, escalated the case to Ebay and Paypal. Ofcouse he could not proof that wrong item was sent because it matched with the pictures. First I did not accept refund shipping fee but he didn't agree.

For someone like that, I don't want to deal with, I decided to refund totally inclued shipping but still waiting for him to send my item back.

In the mean time, he went to my account, warning people about me, all not true.

I sent Ebay a message told them look at all of my message in communication with this buyer as envidences that what he said is not true and unfair. Still no answer from Ebay.
