I have a similar problem. Buyer did not look at pictures of item or something wrong with him, I don't know, purchased my shoes which I listed for men (but actually for women-this was my fault cause didn't see them as women's), then blame me sent wrong item, requested refund, escalated the case to Ebay and Paypal. Ofcouse he could not proof that wrong item was sent because it matched with the pictures. First I did not accept refund shipping fee but he didn't agree. For someone like that, I don't want to deal with, I decided to refund totally inclued shipping but still waiting for him to send my item back. In the mean time, he went to my account, warning people about me, all not true. I sent Ebay a message told them look at all of my message in communication with this buyer as envidences that what he said is not true and unfair. Still no answer from Ebay.
