i purchased an iPhone on ebay and received an empty package will i be refunded????

hello guys i recently purchased an iphone on ebay and the seller sent me an empty box with some useless manuals which are not even for iphone. the package came sailed and im pretty sure no no 1 tempted with it.  so i have opened a case with paypal and it has been 4days now no response from the seller. what happens if the seller doesnt repond and if he does what is the chances of me getting my $245 back? and will paypal ask me to send back the box?

Sorry but only customer services can answer that one.

But if you don't have a refund then i suspect you would have funded your paypal payment with a credit card for an expensive item so you could always contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
