I have recently took over the running of a small business that used a paypal account linked to the company email address.
I have asked the previous owner to close the account , which he has now done, does anyone know how long it will be before I can create a new paypal account using the same business email address that was used before, or is this even possible?
if the previous account linked to the email is indeed closed then you should be able to setup a new account with the same email immediately, I advise to contact support to verify if account is indeed closed already.
